• M6 North West then M6 J35, 1st exit off motorway junction roundabout signed
• A601(M) Carnforth, Morecambe, Milnthorpe (A6)
• A601(M) for about 1 mile to J35A, 2nd exit off roundabout, signed A6
• Milnthorpe.
• A6 for about ¾ mile, 2nd exit off roundabout, signed A6070 Burton-in-Kendal.
• A6070 for about 4½ miles, continue through the village of Burton-in-Kendal taking the left over the M6 signposted B6384 Holme.
• Follow B6384 through Holme for approx 1.5 miles Elmsfield Park is on the right before passing over the railway.
• Westmorland House is to the rear of the site.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH

• M6 South then M6 J36, 1st exit off motorway junction roundabout signed A65 Kirkby Lonsdale & Skipton.
• A65 for 200 yards to small roundabout, 3rd exit signed A6070 Burton-in-Kendal & Holme.
• Follow A6070 for approx 1 mile taking second right turn signed Milnthorpe.
• Continue on lane to end of road turning left towards Holme at junction.
• Elmsfield Business Park is another left turn almost immediately.
• Westmorland House is to the rear of the site.
